Here's an update on my Fp. gardneri lafia gold to show the growth since the 8th August.
This was the male and female (& their reflections) on the 8th August


This is the female today - the pic's not the best, but you can see some colour on her fin.


And - wow! - look at this beautiful male now Just to point out - I have not enhanced the colour at all.

@Irma - I have 5 of these guys. One female - 4 males. They've bred many times, but I have very hungry angels and tetras in their tank.

Yeah, Loolilocks got a shipment of them about 6 months ago.

 

Just chatted to Wilfred .. I will be collecting some tanks and fish tomorrow (Saturday) - should be leaving JHB around 9:00 and back at some point. So get your orders in with him and I will add them to the cooler box for the trip back.

 

How do I get an order in with him? Those fish would make quite a nice addition to a planted tank...

I think I'm gonna pass... Pity though. they're lovely little fish. I think they'd all jump out the tanks. None of my tanks have covers.

 

LOL - same here - no covers so I will need to make loads of plans tomorrow.
