I don’t think so coz they’re always at the bottom and don’t show signs of stress ion to the guppies

Correct, tge one in bottom right of your pic looks spotted?
I have 4 SAEs they are no issue
CAEs suck the life out of other fish and u cant have more than1 in a tank they kill each other

    Sorry man that's hectic.
Set up a hospital tank. Get the livestock out of there and break down that tank. You can save the plants too in a separate plastic container, dose the plants with potassium permanganate. But please break down the death tank, there's something bad in there.

The major factor I see here is the time-frame. Any disease or infection takes days or weeks to kill a fish. In this case its almost instant death, this is conducive to change in environment, not illness. Most obvious is sudden change in temperature, PH, hardness, chemical composition, even light or dissolved gasses. I'm tending towards chemical composition, maybe toxic dissolved metals, they tend to kill quickly. I would get rid of the substrate first. We could troubleshoot or we could just fix. Dieter, personally I'd break it all down and rebuild.

This is a difficult one, if it was heavy metals or a chemical issue I would have thought the cory's would have been affected, and the fact that 3 guppies have been in the tank for a couple weeks would point away from this (correct me if i could be wrong here @Adrian Gatter, I'm still learning so by no means an expert) Saying that breaking down the tank would seem to be the next step unless you can figure out the cause.

Where did you get your rocks and wood?
And did you test them/ treat them at all?

The mark near the guppies tail did it look like the scales had been ripped off? - this could point to your CAE.

Take some tank water to your LFS and ask for a full water test ... this may help if your water is the problem.

Did you see any infection when you got them? As the pics you posted they looked happy and healthy. My vote is still with your algea eaters as that patch coud be where they latch on to the fish.

Shame dude, sorry for your losses. I had one cae in my tank years back. Story short, this bra sucked a hole in one of my angles. Save to say, none will ever enter any tanks of mine.
