I had to change my scape because the Oscar did not like the potted hair grass in front and moved the pot and plant to the other side of the tank. Seems he does not like any plants in the foreground a real pity because it looked good.

And I love how hard it makes my job :/ It is like having a 12 year old kid in a tank.

Thanks guys, should I leave the hair grass as is or should I replace it with the same plant as on the right hand side?

But what do I know about these things? Get more input from the crowd.

You have so much of those pebbles, why not hide the pots some more?

Leave it for now and see how it goes. Something tells me Mr Oscar will chow it soon in anycase.

I like the effect of the pots... no need to hide them.

The idea behind the scape is to give it an "urban" look I even thought of adding one of those clay bricks with the holes in them like the picture I posted above.

You won't believe that I was flipping dreaming about looking for a toy steam engine to put into a tank last night... but couldn't find one that looked real enough without their being any metal on it that would corrode or rust. My word tanks can get into you brain sometimes!
