Urgent help with Amano shrimp

Hi guys I came to my tank 10minutes ago and noticed all of my Amanis have gone apeshit they are all erratically swimming around I google and found out they do this if there is a spike in something I tested my water and my nitrates are high (this is kinda normal as I’m trying to work out my water change routine) my temp is 25 PH 6.4
Gh >4/70 KH 6/107 is there something I am missing that would cause this behavior

Ammonia and nitrites could be the cause, or a female is ready to breed. If they are like other shrimp then males will swim around like mad to find a female when she releases mating pheremones.

Edit: nitrites, not nitrates.

 

How long has the tank been running?
A spike in the chemical composition usually indicates that something has changed in the parameters.
Either the tank has not fully cycled, there is excessive food or other biological material in the tank, or a partial water change needs to be done.
