just do like a 80% water change to get the gunk out, then just restart the c02 and put it in a better place :D

hehe.. its like those instruction manuals that read, "is the modem on?" "is your modem connected to the computer?" haha.. u never think its going to happen to u:p

with respect to the co2, do a water change.. should be fine.. thats pretty nasty if u dont as the water will start fermenting (however u spell it)

I would change the lemon tetras for Rosy tetras. They look a bit dull in most LPS'S but when
they settle in your tank they look great and are fun to watch. Makes me think of cartoon fish.

Managed to get the other light working. Now running 4.

Did this for the time being. This might be a dumb question but why did the tubes come out that colour lol?

Some of you might think the chip wood will swell up. There is a piece of glass over the top of the tank.

    Written update:

Removed some plants and added more. Moved some plants around.

Going to add my 6 Rummy Nose tetras soon as well 6 Rasbora tetras.

Tank currently has 8 Buenos aires tetras, 14 different types of plants(incl grass and moss) and about 6 apple snails.

Algae is still there, lights have been reduced to from 12hours to 8hours.
No Co2 or ferts have been added just yet.
Will post one more pic on friday. After that only once a month.

    Cheers

Good mix of fish - would leave out the Glass catfish though - they need a more subdued lighting than what your tank has....Mine did best in a tank with a heavy growth of hornwort and large floating pixy lily bulb leaves to cut the light... developed the most bueatiful copper sheen to their flanks as well...kept them in a small shoal of 8 - they never hid and was a JOY!!!
