    Had a braai last night
    Restaurant grade charcoal. Burns a lot hotter and a lot longer than regular lump wood

    Braaied over this last weekend. Sausage, sweet chilli pork sosaties, a medium rare rump steak and 2 Kudu steaks.

    I had the in-laws over last night and did a braai on some olive wood.

    Our time on the farm is coming to the end. Lots of fires and the most amazing full moon tonight!

    Had the usual staff braai last night, with the farm workers & their kids. Slaughtered a sheep earlier this week. Lots of stories around the campfire, lots of fun, lots of old stash box wine. This morning I was bleaaaak though :confused: and had a zoom call 9-12 am as part of a course I’m taking, that took some effort :D
