I must agree, I have never had this problem, right now I 2 tanks a hige one and a tiny one both are displaying 30c on a night like to night and the fish are all lively and happy.

Make sure you have a lot of oxygen been pumped into the water and a good circulation. I like to use a power head on the opposite of the tank to where the water comes back into the tank from the filter to create a circular flow. I use the power head with piece of airline tube to suck air into the water stream. Most of them are supplied like this. And works better than conventional air pumps.

MOST importantly of all, double up on your water changes when its hot like this, to minamize the ammonia build ups and spikes. This is what usually kiils the fish, not 30c water.

39 is very high and possible to start picking up problems but 30/31, if water is good and enough oxygen your fish should still be fine

I would add an air pump with an air stone there.. sorry, I don't see one

Make sure the boxes are in a shadier and cooler part of the garden, if possible, somewhere where there is usually a bit of a breeze fan works but Im not sure if its possible to put one where you have the boxes

I've got 2 laptop fans on my tank. (50 mm, 5 v). One is blowing into the canopy and other out. Evaporation is bad but no condensation on inside of canopy.Water temp steady at 27 deg.
