    No it doesn’t, after the fact :lol:
    Spent the bulk of the morning draining tanks, moving cabinets, refilling tanks, covering tanks etc.
    Lots of dust from various sources.
    But this isn’t one of the rooms with the major structural issue luckily. Those are bedrooms

    Tanks and renovations are a bit of a nightmare
    I remember from last year when we got new carpet in the lounge where my tank is. It was very stressful

    Yep. At least they seem to be done with the grinding and sanding so today is significantly less crazy making Ito noise and dust :thumbup:

    Yes, I did !

    Woke up early in the morning.
    Caught all the fish and put them in a big plastic container with a internal filter and heater.
    Drained tank and removed gravel and decor.
    The carpet people came and did their thing.
    When they were done, put gravel and decor back into tank, filled with water. Left it over night to get up to temperature.
    And put the fish back in the next morning.

    What amazed me is that I only lost 1 fish in the whole process

    Also visited Kirstenbosch for the City Nature challenge, but went straight up to the top of the mountain and spent 8 hours bashing around in fynbos. Was a lot of fun.

    I got the Covid vaccine today - the Johnson and Johnson one. I have been feeling really tired since about 18:00 and now I am starting to feel really cold.

    Oh man. I have had the sinopharm (the Chinese one) in Jan and Feb 1st and second doses. After the first dose on the first day I suffered like this but mild, also my stomach wasn't too good. The next day onwards I suffered a Terrible migraine that could be fixed with OTC pain meds and it lasted till the second dose. After the second dose there's been absolutely no issues and had 2 very close contact cases in the last 2 weeks yet we came out safe somehow

    I had the first dose of the Oxford / Astra vaccine about 2 months ago
    Felt a bit under the weather for a day or so. And the arm that was injected into was a bit tender. But overall nothing too serious and it passed quickly.
