Well stuff that happen to me today (not half as exciting) managed to get my Tetra cichlid sticks.. such a happy chappy

 

Worst was the traffic into Cape town this morning, we just wanted to hike dammit. Can't imagine what the shopping centres are like...

 

Went to Table Mountain to search for the critically endangered ghost frog, Heleophryne rosei, we found an adult and a few tadpoles, a good indication that they are breeding!

 

So we have moved house yet again - 3rd time in 4 years. Hopefully the last one for a long time.

My girlfriends mom has a plot in Muldersdrift where she used to run a riding school, and at one point had 17 horses being stabled and ridden regularly. They are now down to 2 horses, as the business has closed, so we have been converting the stables into a house over the last 3 months and built new stables for the remaining 2 horses.

It's a massive jump in space, going from +-70m2 at our old spot to just over 150m2 at the now converted stables. Living costs are going to be significantly lower, and once the loan is paid off we will have a place to stay almost free of cost by the time i'm 30. Another exciting thing is that they run off borehole water - water changes should be much less stressful now.
