Ok. The reason I’m asking is because the freshwater limpets probably come from my 44L and the planaria from my 65L. In future , you can do a slightly longer dip with unscented bleach, then soak in freshwater. Any residue bleach will break down into ammonia and chlorine, which will be taken care of by your filter biomedia and water conditioner (eg Prime). The bleach dip doesn’t harm plants.

If you see a planaria, wipe it off gently and carefully with kitchen towel taking care not to break it, cause it can regenerate from offcuts. I have very little planaria in the 65L at the moment cause the white clouds eat them. But they are there. Hopefully you can keep it at bay. They will multiply if you overfeed. If you run into a serious issue, then use No-planaria. It hasn't been necessary for me. Don’t use it if you have snails though. A serious planaria infestation can harm your shrimplets.

Manually remove any freshwater limpets you see. They are not harmful though. There are only a few in my 44L at the moment, the tank came with lots.

Will see how it turns out. Only seen it once and i feed once or twice a week so probably not over feeding.

Shrimps graze over the filter and hardscape so not too bothered about feeding

Do they have places to hide?
Mine loves a piece of pipe (actually guttering) to hide in.
if you provide plenty of areas for each to establish a territory, it could solve the issue

There's plenty of cholla wood, bogwood, two dense vallisneria forests, and large masses of java moss. Lots of hides

They sort of chase but stop when one catches the other. And they do still get along sometimes without chasing.

Might also be that they are just establishing their territory still, hopefully in a few days they chill out a bit:)

    Ok, I hope it's that!

Also, they seemed really curious earlier when I was looking at their tank, then I realized: they're smart and curious, and this is what they see from the tank...

So after the excitement of a rescape and all that, I popped off to the shops only to return to everything being belly up.. every single fish... turns out a whole bottle of rubbing alcohol spilled on my spare filter foam which I replaced a strip of to say I’m bleak is an understatement

    Thank you:)

As things stand it actually looks like 2 shrimp survived would have thought they’d have gone first...
