They do occur in nature, but very rare, these are bred specifically, nice to get hands on with them

    That is very nice @GaryG

It must be very rare as i have never seen or heard of them, not even back in my young days in Mozambique where the herds were made up of hundreds of animals

University has cancelled April graduation due to Covid-19. It's really bringing the world to a halt.

    Oh man! What a story.

Hopefully it stays somewhat under control, would suck to be set back due to the virus.

Well... I have to agree that rather safe than sorry

I see Wits University had their first student test positive for the Virus today...

Lets hope the strict measures help us to avoid it getting as bad as in some other countries..

From what I have seen....once it is out there, it's out there.
The UK cases are around the 1,000 mark, but the experts seem to think that the reality is it's closer to 10,000

Our Government is taking the view that this is unstoppable. But they are trying to slow down the spread so that our health services can cope.

I see an Israeli bio-lab is close to a vaccine and is hoping that it will be available within 3 months.

Stellenbosch is one of the few universities left open, but there are meetings going on. Will be interesting to see what steps they take.

A vaccine will not stop any of this though just as it doesn't stop the annual flu or the common cold. This is part of life now..
This is unstoppable, whether we like it or not we are ALL going to get this virus sooner or later. Some WILL die but it is a tiny percentage which will not even affect our numbers. This is the reality. Stay safe, stay clean and protect the more vulnerable among us. That is all you can really do. Above all, try not to panic. The global hysteria being induced is doing far more harm than the virus itself.
