There is indeed, i have one in my 2 foot tank. The pads get to around 5cm to 10cm across. I haven't had a flower yet, but it has been putting out a new leaf every week

sadly he looks very unhappy in the tank, had an hour to temp acclimate and when added to the tank he swam to the bottom and hasnt really moved, even when approached by curious tiger barbs in quarantine with him. looks like i may have bought a sickly fish, glad hes in quarantine, hoping its just move stress

How did you acclimate it? By means of dripping or by means of floating the bag from the store in your tank?

Also when did you add the tiger barbs? Did you buy them at the same time as the pleco.

float acclimatise only, have only ever drip acclimated shrimp. barbs have been in the tank since sunday, different store, they are fine.
have bought the majority of my fish from this lfs without too much issue, original (previous) barbs got ich, but more than likely my fault

Dripping is always better as it allows acclimatization to the different water conditions of your tank as well as temperature. Quarantine should take place over about 6 weeks - the barbs may be acting fine but you cant really tell until they show signs of disease which could be after a few weeks.

he seems a little livelier after some time in a dark tank, couldnt manage to get an algae wafer to last long enough to see if he eats it, these little barbs are voracious. i thought my initial 6 tigers were hungry, holy moly, i pointed at a snail on my glass and pooof, 4 barbs.
wafer hits the water its in a barbs mouth. even tried feeding via tube into a cave, nope, thanks Dad, adventure food
