    Good morning
    sorry its been a very crazy few week for me, well I can say that the day we all have been waiting for has arrived, we woke up Sunday morning to two health pups. one male and one female... both are doing well and look happy as they don't stop for a min... Sunday consisted of draining half the water from the pup tank and filling it with water from the tank they were born in... Moving them across and pretty much admiring them..
    Mom is also doing well, still looks like there could be another pup in her tummy or it could be from feeding twice a day... will post pics a little later, just wanted to take you all out of suspense and let you know they were born..

    How many times a day do you feed them?
    How soon are you going to try get them onto pellets?

    Thanks all, it been a long wait but so worth it...

    @Vis... they look a lot bigger in the pis as I did zoom in quite a bit. if I had to guess I would say about 7 cm..

    @Reedfish... they being fed twice a day, they have started eating Hake cut up quite small and will wait about a week to try introduce pellets.

    @Cesar,

    Is twice a day sufficient for new born Rays?
    I imagine 3 or 4 times a day will help them get a good start?

    .@Reedfish... The reason I am only feeding twice a day is because they are new born and they still have the egg sack that they feeing off, at the moment they only nibbling what I feed extra.
    once eggs sack is absorbed witch take a few days I will increase to 4 time a day...

    You drove me crazy for years over the rays...but you did make your dream come true and I am happy for you.

    After 20 years of fighting with him over the rays he always wanted.... I have totally fallen in love with them...

    Now that Rose had her babies, I have to give Ray ( who i have been babaysitting back) needless to say I am trying to find every excuse under the sun not too!!!
