@Stalker, you are a brilliant photographer!:adore: You have taken such brilliant shots of your fish. The red/brown 'Dwarf Gourami' is called a 'Marigold Gourami'. I can't seem to get an idea of size from the pics, but believe me they are no 'dwarf', mine is about 9/10cm, but he is just so gentle, I can touch and rub him when I feed. Stunning pair of Lace Gourami's. What size are they? They are truly beautiful and temperament is also very relaxed.

Keep the pics coming, I really enjoy looking at photography, yours especially.

Thank you for the compliment. The red dwarf gouramis is about 4cm big and they don't seem to get bigger. The pearl gouramis is about 8cm big, the cosby gourami female is about 11cm and the male about 9cm.

The only (wo fish I've got that will come and nibble on my hand most of the time is my 2 angels.

@Vez. Om visse af te neem moet mens gedult hê. Dit kan omtrent met enige kamera gedoen word, jy moet net jou kamera ken en weet hoe om dit te gebruik.

The camera make a difference, but know how to use your camera and use the basic settings to improve your photos.

To prevent bad shadows I use a globe diffuser and that make a huge difference.

This white globe on my camera is a globe diffuser. It make the flash light softer that there is not hard shadows on the photos. You will see on all these photos that the shodows got no hard line but a soft shadow that meltssoftly into the front light.

I haven't been on the site for a long time. I will take some new photos of my fish and add them. My biggest pleco (about 20cm long) is just becoming my favorite. He is slowly becoming tame and you can touch him and he will suck on your fingers

@Stalker, STUNNING PICS as always!!! Interesting light diffuser, I haven't seen anything like that before, and my uncle is pro photographer. I suppose technology changes every minute of every day.

How big is your 'Dwarf Gourami' (Marigold/Red Robin) now?

I love your plecos and it's so cool that they have become tame. I have an Ancistrus that is also tame and I love touching him, and I'm sure he enjoys it too.

What size is your tank again, I can't remember?

Most phtographers use studio lights to get their light correctly with studio lights. As I do fasion photo shoots in old buildings on mountains and fields I use mobile camera flash light equipment.

The old red dwarF gourami is about 4cm big, the new one I got in the week is only 2cm big and because he is a new member in the tank, the angels and golden gourami just bully him big time. He hide so badly that you wount find it anywhere in the tank except hiding behind the pump. If the Angels get hold of him, he will be breakfast.

My tank is 310 litre big.
