yes i want to start breeding my fish thats why i want to know so much more about them and these just comes with experiance !so thx for the advice .

 

Certainly dude. There are loads of well informed guppy breeders here. My advice would be as follows:

1) Seperate your males and females
2) Select the guppies you would like to breed according to traits you like.
3) Place 1 male with multiple females so as not to stress the females. Male guppies definitely do not need viagra! Give them lots of surface plants.
4) Leave them together for a week, seperate and wait about a month for new fry.
5) Catch the fry and place them in a seperate tank where you can "control" their habitat, feeding etc

This is fine for the hobby breeder. If you are going to do this seriously then get rid of your "mongrels" and start with good breeding stock. I have mongrels which suite my purpose but probably are not everybodies cup of tea and not worth breeding in most peoples eyes.
