Software Upgraded

So far I like the new upgrade: The look and feel I enjoy. Good one guys... :top:

 

On the old one if you clicked on the picture of the TASA logo it took you to the home page now it takes you to the forum page is there a chance we can change it back as this is was convenient.

 

Ok ... So how do we do document attachments?

 

Like the new look! What's that "Thumbs Up!" icon, is it like a "like" on Facebook?

What would also be cool is if you could link the photo's on the homepage or the titles underneath to the winning photo's thread, but I know that there is already a "click here" link at the bottom to go to the combined competitions page, so maybe it's a bit overkill.

 

@Zebra Pleco At the bottom of the thread were you can see who has been reading the thread one use to be able to see a time line of who viewed it after each new post, one cant do that anymore.

Hi let me explain a little. I use a screen reader called jaws for windows. This software is for people who are visually challenged and it reads off the screen so it for some reason cannot read the star.

 

Hi yes I was. What use to take place is that my screen reader will read the persons name tell you how many posts they have, join date and rep power at the end of the post it would say add to this users reputation. Now I am not sure how that looked on the screen but, that is how it read. Sorry for not being able to explain this any better.

 

Thanks. It was a link before and never had to use a mouse. People who use screen readers do not use a mouse and I think that is where the problem has come up. It may have been changed to a mouse over feature and this is why jaws will not see it. Thanks for all your help in this matter.

 

hi mate know still does not work. is it posible for you to pm me your phone number then i can call when you are free and you can listen to the screen reader and may be get more info on this technical stuff? also, is their a way that one could go back to using the old format? thanks and sorry for all the questions.
