    I don't have access to aquarium salt at the moment so ill just raise tge temps until I can get proper salt

    That's just my personal opinion. Has worked well for me. Temp in general can be 26 to 28 even just not under 26 then they tend to get lethargic and sick

    Started stocking for my new ancient fish tank:
    silver arowana, ghost knife, polypterus Senegalese, polypterus delhezi, albino polypterus, clown loaches, all quarantined, doing well.

    will do, will start leak testing the end of the month, once all the silicone had a month or so to cure, filters are already maturing so hopefully by mid July I'll be able to commence transferring fish....

    bought 2 bristle nose catfish 2 days ago. worried about 1 of them though. it was active the evening i introduced it into the tank but has been staying behind the power filter since yesterday morning. i'm not sure if its eating. took out the filter to clean the sponge today during my water change and as soon as i put the power filter back in the fish went right back. i also cooked some carrot and put the pieces right next to the filter but no interest has been shown

    Nothing fancy, just a handful of White Clous Mountain Minnows to go with my Golden White Clouds. Missed the last Ancistrus I specifically went out to get. Next week!
