I got a green striped pleco L187b, wish I could get some time off It is now 05;12am and I have been at work for over an hour now ......at least the wi-fi is strong!!!

Last Night I got a 4ft tank, stand, heater and some lights. Busy doing leak testing to ensure tank didn't perhaps pick up a leak during transport

18 x tiger barbs (8 normal, 5 green, 5 gold), 2 x synodontis, 2 x sterbaai corys, 1 x panda cory.

They're all still small @tanked72 but the tank's filling up.

After months of searching I just walked into a petshop and found three of the fish I wanted
First one was a "fancy" betta, a Three coloured Crowntail. I love the colours. All I need is a female



I'm not sure if he's deformed or what, but he has a slight bump near his bottom fins. I've been treating him with Terramycin for the last two weeks and it's not getting any worse. Still eating like a pig, aggros at the other fish and so forth

Then this beaut. Not very popular unfortunately due to the fact that they don't do much. I love them regardless. A bit worried about it since it's not eating but maybe its still settling in

Then I got a Bumblebee Catfish (the bigger species) and although I only see him when the lights are off, I still get a thrill when I eventually see him

 

African butterfly generally only eat live foods, if you have not tried this you should be able to get live crickets from your pet shop, get the small/ extra small size.

 

The betta looks like a blue and purple that I had that is now losing pigmentation. I don't know why either, but not its proper colour. I've also tried various treatments without success.
