Venus Fly Trap and a Pitcher plant for my fish room - hopes it keeps the escaped fruit flies under control.. My kids love them!

 

@francoisve: Flippen cool plants... and can think the kids must love them. Would definitely help with the "visiting fruit flies" on the other live feeds.

Got 4 Geophagus surinamensis, well that was what they were sold to me as. Also got 2 albino Dimidiochromis compressiceps, which I am really excited about.

I've always had a "thing" for Clown Pleco's and I think at the last count I had about 7 hiding around in my 3ft tank. I'm moving the rest of my "community fish" into a planted 3ft and I will then be turning the existing 3ft into a "Pleco Haven" where there will be plenty of space for them to hide and breed in... As for the loaches, I'm thinking of putting the 3 of them into the new 3ft planted tank...

@mariodc, unfortunately not just yet, I have a couple of pics that I took with my phone when I first got them but they are not great shots. I'll take some decent pics as soon as I can start arranging their tank because all hiding places will have been removed for re-scaping.

@blueskipjack, nice on the BGK. I hope you really enjoy it, I've had mine for a good 8 years + already and my boy is now fully grown at about 50/60cm. He is the most amazing fish I own, he is just so gentle and I feed him by hand. He's very spoiled...

@HeinrichvH, do you have pics of these guys, I don't think that I've ever seen them...?

Just stared my tank up a week ago, got myself two apple snails and 5 leopard Cory catfish.

 

Got two Killifish for my main tank. And for my little tank a golden Siamese fighter and six ember tetras:
