I found myself 3 bbbiiiggggg Angels. Can it maybe be a male and 2 females?

 

I managed to get my hands on on a pair off Vieja Regani Cichlids (Not really sure if it is a pair but I bought 2 of these guys)

 

Nice in what size thank do you have them?

Picked up the amazing little canister from another member on the forum was a steal for R 400 does 300 lph and does not make a single noise it runs even more silent than my HOB filter...

Ahhh Deutsche grundlichkeit !!
They can make some noice after cleaning (air). Check the rubberring after cleaining / closing. Sometimes it will leak if that is not correctly done !!! Perfect filter !!

Tip : When you'd buy some cranes and put them in the hoses close to the filter the disconnection / cleaning is quite easy.

 

Well set it up the first time no problems, and did not encounter any issues.

Great !!! Not being offensive or something like that BTW. Only wanted to "warn" you for coming cleanings aso. Had this filter for years and sometimes the rubber ring got stuck while pushing in the filterhead. I had no cranes that I could close to make disconnesction easier. All my ones at this moment have and it is soooo much easier. As said : it's a great filter !!!

 

I want to say thanks to your post I think I had the same issue and my filter might not be as faulty as I felt it was.. going to check tonight and see if what you said is the case.

 

Hi Got them from Birds & Pets Africa, High Road, Pomona @ R156each there where just over 10 left in the tank

At the moment they are in a 80 lt quarintine tank but will be moving them to a 280lt tank when ready.

An Ancistrus pair about 2 weeks ago, have fry already, almost leaving their nest..
