    I've just recently given up the salt water side for a simpler life without salt. :)

    You can go with any gravel if you want to grow cobra grass. Also cobra grass takes a while to settle in before it actually sends runners. so plant densely. 20w would be more than adequate. Ill even go for a 15w if needed.

    And a small trick with these low tech planted tanks that say one cannot add co2 is to do daily water changes. the new water contain a bit of co2 and in this way your plants will grow quicker and you wont have algae issues. So if one should go for this option, remember to dose daily in very small amounts and fertilize after the waterchange.

    I am having a hard time starting the new nano for this comp
    I found that my arms are just to short to reach all the way from Jeffreysbay to east london
    Ok so I dont have a camera only a cellphone so no date stamps
    I do have a tank for this and some hard Scapeing bits and pieces ,some java moss , I will see what Else I can do on the weekend ...........and start the tread then

    A combination of the two - both have been done, but not together as far as I know.

    Waiting for the silicone to dry, but will post the pics of the construction tonight.
