Over feed or Under feed

Ive obtained a ghost knife recently and am feeding him mainly freezed dried worms at knight is this ok for him. he is still a baby plus he gets food in the day which he hardly eats

 

hey dude, black ghose knife fish are nocturnal, that means they are mainly active at night, dont worry if he doesnt eat during the day, as long as youre feeding him at night after lights are out, he'll be fine. in fact dont feed the tank during the day unless you have other fish in there that are not nocturnal.

I feed my show guppies the adults twice a day. In the morning I give them a small helping of good quality flakes, followed 15minutes later by BS, and in the evenings I feed them Flakes. Once a week I will make the evening meal bloodworm.
My fry gets fed four times a day, crushed flakes and BBS every meal. First the flakes, then BBS 15 minutes later. They grow radipdly and develop beautifully. Two drawbacks though
1- Population explosion
2- Water changes like crazy
