    First see what plants, substrate and hardscape you want in the tank - then the fish will complement that.

    Angles= 10 Oscar= 7 Discus= 1 Malawi= 0 ?????????????/

    Back in the days when my dad were in this hobby (1990), Discus was THE fish to have. But it seems that they have gone from "HERO TO ZERO" since then

    and discus is a lot of maintenance pt

    first angels, and when you get bored with them, then move up to discus and do a tank makeover

    its because lfs sell bad quality small discus at rediculous prices, IMO.

    prices of discus are a bit high and plus the cost of maintaining their setup, i suppose only an enthusiast wouldnt mind paying that price
