You see thats the problem with South African consumers, IMO, Most of us dont go through the effort to make that point and service levels are shoking in this country because of this

ON TOPIC - Oscar Freak - I wouldnt let this go, make a point of it -If its an actual mistake you will in the end get your money back or the product BUT if its a scam then then the fact that its still operating is because people say "ag its only R200" . Push it as far as you can

 

Like I have said already, you cannot take legal action until a.) you have sent a letter of demand b.) sent a final letter of demand and in both be very clear as to what is outstanding and the dates due. I went through this about a month ago with my previous landlords that where delaying getting my deposit back to me so took legal action.

But in the meantime, lodge a hellopeter complaint, so more people can be made aware of this. Send him the link of the hellopeter complaint so he is aware that you are not going to just shut up and more people will see what he is doing.

Lastly I have provided you with his physical address, If you know someone in Cape Town, ask them to visit the shop and check if it is ligitimate.

If you do the above you may see some progress......

 

im passed the stage of maybe believing it was an actual mistake or delay im positive now iv been robbed.if anyone wants to know who these people are and dont want to be caught also you can pm me.i'm off to hellopeter now.

lol i did open it very carefully.date on there said 11/06/2011.cost was R19.99

 

So there is the problem the sent it extra slow snail mail so they can save costs.
at least you have finally got the stuff you ordered. can you pm me the places name so I don't order from them please, I do a lot of online orders.....
