I agree with that extra base... Im just as neurotic but rather safe than sorry..

Yes.... James is absolutely amazing.. he is a master at what he does and he makes it look so easy..
He will be coming to us once yours is done ... that's also going to be some 'fun'

Hahhha @top dog ... you don't owe us anything!!!
Just your friendship is enough but we appreciate the offer and will shout if need be !
Think Cesar is dreading this exercise as much as you were dreading yours...
    New monster tank.....

Pup tank.... probably in the future as the promises I was made materialized last week so its probably going to need an upgrade but I still have about a year before I need to.. but.. I will share this in next day or two..

    some picture less updates
had a rather ruff weekend celebrating my grandfathers 90th with cousins shipping in from around the world so did very little sadly.
james the tank builder finished the 2 new layer of base and drilled the 2 overflow outlets. All that is left is rebuilding overflow box and drilling 2 holes for filter return.
set out exactly how and what is needed for the sump, witch should arrive next weekend with james for final touches getting the tank fixed.
picked up a return pump for a steal. got a resun sea-lion have not used the brand for a while but i really wanted 10 turn overs per hour meaning i needed a 18000 ltr per hour pump, witch was killing me when i looked at the price of preferred brands. pump was cheap enough that i can just replace should need arise.
