Wellwe are slowly getting feedback and it looks promising, the only problems I seebetween me importing some of the species would be either price or quantity.Like one supplier stated - everything is available if the price is right.

So more details should be posted by the end of next week.

This week though we got the catfish AND.........
DUSCUS !!!!!!! - ask Marco he saw them a few minutes ago, GREAT QUALITY

I am also on the look out for out of the ordinary fish. Of late I have found renewed interest in Ctenopoma's.
I have some beautiful Acutirostre and Kingsleyae.
About a month ago, in Klerksdorp, I picked up a solitary Anabus Testudineus of about 9cm and would appreciate it if someone could advise where I can get hold of some more.
What is of interest, in the shop this fish looked bland and inactive. Not even a day later it brightened in colour, light blueish and was swimming very lively, sometimes schooling, with 13 of my Silver Dollars of about 14cm. Other fish in the tank are Deacons and mainly bottom swimmers such as Plecos, some upside down catfish and talking catfish.

Thanks, was not aware of that! - Now I know I should not get my hopes up. It depends from which side one looks - either I am lucky or I am not. I am sure the shop where I bought it was not aware of this either.

If you can get me these fish, you'll be my hero.

I have been looking for these fish for more than 3 years with a lot of disappointment.

    Yes, they are very rare.

Thank you Azurekoi. Can you please be so kind to tell me where you have seen P.polleni. I'm in LFS's quite often but have never seen any.

Are all Jack Dempsey's on the black list? I studied the black list but for some reason I missed it.

@Vissie - no such thing as a true freshwater seahorse, but there are similar looking and similar behaving freshwater pipefishes that come around from time to time. Be sure to do a lot of reading up before buying them, though, as they are very tricky fish to keep.

Well I think I'v changed my mind about them after doing some research. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Danio_margaritatus#Systematics_and_taxonomy read the status and conservation paragraph.
If there is captive bred stock around I mite consider it but looking at that right up wild ones they are not really a sustainable resource.

I have a feeling I mite of opened a tropical can of worms with this one.

I have already ordered Paratilapus Polleni from you guys when I was there last year.

I was wondering if you might be able to get me a Red Terror? It would be appreciated.

Popped in earlier today to go see their new plant shipment (some nice Crypts and huge variety of Hygrophila - nice....) - among their new fish shipment was something you don't see every day.... the Black Emperor Tetra - Nematobrycon palmeri var. amphiloxus.... Stunning fish for the true connoisseur

Still in quarantine - but go check them out....
