    Or do the rams and a massive school of ember tetras if nothing else appeals. They’re very small. Confidence in numbers!

    Cardinals or rummy noses might also work, although rummy noses would do better with a longer tank eg 3 foot where they can race up and down

    This is really good advice Thanks AND. It is the old CIchlid tank, and I kept some of the water and the filters going. Just slowly got the PH down over last few weeks.
    Will start with the shrimp and Tetras. Then the kuhli's? and Rams last?

    Yes cool that sounds good. You can add the khulis whenever you have the pH where you need it. The more hiding spots you have for them, the more you’ll see them. Try buy the biggest ones you can find
