New custom 4ft 322l aquarium

    I took everything from the old tank and added it to the new tank

    If they are the same size it should be fine. Otherwise relatively the same size or a little bigger

    Thanks i thought it should be fine i did 2 waterchanges this week for incase and tested the water
    I wont be adding anything for a while now

    I've added the plants. It looks great thanks @Slaapkousie

    Did a rescape with a new piece of driftwood, any ideas please share, i know alot of you are very creative!
    Im still waiting for my lights to be delivered meanwile im on rechargeble lamps they actually work very well

    very true .. I even have a motorbike battery that I charge up for when we have load shredding and I MUST play in a tank .. funny how much light LEDS have when it is the only light source in the room.

    Is your driftwood a floater ?

    Had a quick scan, could not find it, how heigh it your tank? Looks like 55-60 cm ?? Looks perfect for a proper angle tank. Some tall vallis will also look lekker.

    Agree vallis or bacopa for background and maybe some cobra grass for front carpet or glosso

    Thanks @f-fish and @Slaapkousie. The tank is 60cm high
    I will plant some vallis and look for some carpet plants
    The driftwood dont float i only use the rocks becuase i made some caves and i want to add a pair of rams later

    See you got a smokey angel. Congrats. Lost mine to loadshedding a few months back you could also plant some Java Moss on the driftwood. Go Google Java Moss aquascapes

    But it looks good so far. Lots of potential

    Just saw one of my cherry shrimp for the first time in my new tank, after my larger angel spat out its body

    Eesh... Ja... Angels and shrimp don't go well. No cichlids and shrimp or botia

    Judging by the size of the shrimp the glowlight tetras won't be safe for long
