Maybe I'll just drop it from a suitable height. Violence solves everything right?

Just don't drop it on the valve because it will then transform into a torpedo and that will be a little too much violence.

Off topic but this reminded me of a situation when I was a child. Visiting my uncle for the holidays i witnessed something that i'll remember forever. His neighbour was busy in his garage with a huge acetylene cylinder when it fell over, gauges broke off and the cylinder flew out the door, picked up speed, broke through my uncles boundary wall and nose dived into the pool cracking the pool on the opposite side where it came to a stop. No more swimming as the pool had to be emptied and repaired.

Well mine just got delivered and Bizzy Fire were kind enough to pre-bash the bottom flat so it can (and does) stand on its own. I love customer service like this.

Is it dented or was it made with a flat bottom? Photos?

Not when it's full. Pressured cylinders are dangerous. People have been killed with large ones.

Listen don't get all technical. I'd have to drop it from a helluva height so I'd be quite safe. Besides, I'd film it and post a YT vid for your edification. That's worth the price of (e-room) admission.

Finally managed to integrate my Aquarium into Home assistant. Schedule for co2 and lighting is controlled through HA. I've also installed a water sensor in the overflow box that automatically stops the sump pump if the sensor is triggered.

Thank you, it's a bit of a mess inside the box but is working as intended. Will add a temperature sensor later.

I've added 10 super blue Keri tetra yesterday and they are getting along swimmingly with the rumynose tetra and the corrys. They are all shoaling together along the back of the tank into the inlet stream flow, turning round the large stone on the left, darting past the front and then back again into the stream.

My Monte carlo has been very stagnant over the last 4 weeks so I've decided start with fertilisation as per the APSA calculator. Starting with a low dose because I don't have a lot of plant volume.

Using KNO3, Lenolax for macros and Trelmix for micros.

Managed to get potassium nitrate from clicks but trying to get larger volumes locally. All the places online with 1kg supplies charge a lot for delivery.

@wearsbunnyslippers are you still using this method and are there any changes we need to make?
