Only counted about 25-30 so far it's hard to see because they are on the back side of the pot. a Buddy is bringing over a SLR later so going to try and get a few nice pics.

Here's one this morning. You can see the eyes, yolk sack and just make out the tail.

Great news, how many are counting so far?

Mine are starting to attach to the parents.
A buddy came around with his fancy camera.

Wow awesome @BoelderBeestie, so it finally happened. Congratulations and hope all the little wigglers survive their journey.
@Adhil Congratulations to you too and i also hope yours survive the jouney as well.

Hopefully by the end of this you two have a few babies left to live their fishy lives.

Thanks wade, the good thing is that they are getting stronger and the parents are looking out for them

Thats good Adhil, im sure if the parents do their part and you do your part to keep the water clean then you will definitely have a few that survive.

Thanks Wade, things where looking good this morning before I left for work. Out of the 30 odd wrigglers about 20 made it to the parents. Then the parents would eat the ones that where struggling to swim. I have about 10 or so that the parents are happy with. Wonder why they ate them, deformities or ill health maybe. What I could tell, they where definitely struggling and not swimming right compared to the ones that's left. They would float a bit then try and swim but where not staying with the parents as they seemed off balance.

Wow thats interesting and yes it seems like they do eat the ones that dont seem strong enough to make it, thats interesting to know. One day when i have all my discus(i am still sitting with just the one, but really want to get friends for him) i am also hoping to go through the whole breeding phase, will be very interesting and exciting. The only fish i have ever bred was guppies which is like the easiest fish to breed haha, you put them all in a tank and watch them multiply.
