My first Hi-tech planted tank

got some new plants yesterday.
Can't wait for the tank to grow in

 

Looking good..... Tank is almost clear also... And yes once its grown in it will look epic....

 

Hey! Where you been hiding this tank? Nice start man. Get some closeup shots of the plants you are not sure about.

That's a nice piece of wood! I would suggest you cut those long stems in half and replant the cuttings. It will get nice and bushy soon.

 

What ferts are you using? You asked a page back wether you should plant more plants. If you still have those crypts plant them in and around that wood.

 

i planted all the other crypts in my other 2 tanks. i will cut the long stems this weekend when i do wc. thanks for the advice @Hawk. btw your tank looks tunning.
i dose seachem excel, potassium and iron at the moment

 

Thanks very much. If you are going to stick with Seachem then get the rest of the range (Flourish, Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Trace) and dose as per their dosing chart on their website rather than the bottle instructions.

 

I got to see this tank last weekend and it is STUNNING!!!!!!! arty: Great job!!
