    i think he's just very healthy :)

i see you have a yoyo loach in there as well, do you not find that they dig up the plants at all or are yours very passive?

I don't know if the fact that I only have one makes a difference. It doesn't even eat snails. I want to get some more one day.

lol that is the first time i've heard of a loach not liking snails, but i do believe that skunk loaches and clown loaches are very very good at eating snails. having said that, i would never recommend getting skunk loaches. they are truly horribly aggressive and are very likely to stress and kill a lot of your other smaller fish.

Nope, no skunks. Lol. I think the cause could be that it's not in a group, but I might be wrong, however, I've never SEEN him eating snails.

One of the angels has some sort of open pimple and other something that looks like internal bleeding from fighting.

What is the white thing - and it that bleeding fine of should it be treated in some way?

The white thing looks like a wound. Just some salt to stop it getting infected? I usually use tetra fungistop. It helps them heal. I dont know about the red that looks like bleeding.

I did add some salt yesterday but not a lot. It can't do damage if I don't throw in too much so I'll just do this as a safety precaution.

I came back from a 3 week holiday, to this. The fish has been fed and Bio-Carbon dosed every second day. The light period was set on 4 hrs to prevent algae.

The vallis and HM took off, but the rest stayed dormant :( I will be redoing the tank soon with PFP.

I did get a few additions before the holiday:

    3 Bronze Cory's
    +2 Yoyo Loaches = 3 yoyo's
    +6 Pristellas = 14 pristellas
    1 high fin ancistrus
    1 garra ruffa

    Sorry for the bad pic.
