Just watched the endler vid ... nice colours ... do you know how that line got into SA?

@howard wish I could say it comes naturally but it does not, rather try and fail than not try to fail at all - or something like that ;-).

Sorry @MadHatter kind of a quick steal here.

    I just want some help.

I am going to be breeding kribs, sterbais and rams mainly. Then I have Swords and guppys on the side but that's just fun stuff.

What tanks could you recommend I use...this is what I was thinking.

    Kribs
    •parents 4ft
    •1st tank ufo(30l)
    •2nd custom 180l

    Guppy
    •parents 1.5ft
    •babies 1ft and 1.5ft

    Swords
    •parents hexagon
    •babies 1.5ft

    Sterbais
    •parents 2ft
    •babies 1.5 ft
    •older babies 2ft

    Rams
    •parents 3.5 ft
    •babies 3ft

My 4ft, the custom, the 3.5ft and 2 2fts have their own stands.. the rest are kind of on tables at the moment and I must still get another 3ft and 1.5ft and I was thinking of getting a 2ft just in case.
    Will this be alright??

I'll do a DIY stand and was thinking of doing that pure wood one.

    Any ideas on layout etc?

    All help appreciated

    Many thanks
    Grant

My "chirp", 4ft for a pair of kribs is a waste, mine do very well in a 60l with rock caves and bare bottom. This pair don't stop. They tell me when to remove the fry, by spawning again.

I got the 4ft from Deadpool as at the price it was a steal. I can't really use it for display. Should I maybe use it as a grow out? My kribs did both spawns in a 1.5ft (30 odd litres) and were happy but she destroyed him after the second lot hatched..ripped his tail completely off and tore his one fin so that's why I decided to go 4ft so he could have space to hide!

@howard I would also like to know how you remove Fry? I waited for them to be in the pot then took that out and siphoned the rest..will that be alright?

Yip, Just be as gentle as possible. Make sure all water is same temp, conditions the same. I think we should move our bits and save MadHatters thread. Admin can you assist?

Hi, endlers are only classed as pure and P Class if all offspring are 100% endler. Anything else will no longer be endler but hybrid.
