I've been out of the tropical fish seen for quite some time now.
Finally decided to get back into the game.
Busy setting up a Malawi tank at the moment. Will take some pics for you guys.
Looking for more rocks. If anyone know where I can get them, please PM me.
I've got about +-30 Malawis (mixed) plus three giant Plecos.
I'm setting them up in my old 1.7m tank

Hi, New here. Just an Intro. Just getting started got 5x tanks. 1x Community with a mix, 1x Guppy/Betta Conditioning Tank, 2x Tanks with Baby Betta's and the last tank has my Betta Male and his new lover warming up to one another.

I have done lots of research, but am always interested in getting some face time with someone that knows what they doing. Am looking for some quality Betta's and Ciclids at the moment as I am battling to find a good supplier in Pietermaritzburg.


If anyone can help me, or just wants to talk maybe give me some guidance it will be much appreciate. The closer to PMB the better.

Any specific type of cichlids n bettas that you are looking for?

 

Thanks Titan. Still setting up for the Cichlids, but would love some Half Moons and Crown Tails. No colours in specific, but am looking for a nice white one. Males and female. Do you have a source?

 

Hi and welcome. There are two shops you can check out. One is in hillchrest and there is also George from pine town pets.

They are two shops one was called dragon some thing. I forgot the name. They changes it as well. Will check when I get to work. The other is call hill chrest pets. If you come to Durban then check out northlands or euro spirit as well.

yes , i was there, its up the rd from me,,,,, they dnt have any but i managed to get a clown pleco from them

 

That's a nice fish. How much do they go for?

 

they were tiny , but i gt it for R120
he had albino ancistrus fro R170 and rather nice size elephant nose for R150 - this was on sat
i gt a full white siamese fighter for R40!
