The grandparents come up with this sort of statement as they leave, when things start getting too loud and uncomfortable.... folks without kids also only see the nice side. Having raised three, I know all about it...... But then we do not want to dishearten Gareth too much... there are certainly many moments when it is clearly apparent that it is worth it! Nah, that won't dishearten me Dirk, its the Medical bills that do that! On top of the bill for the emergency C-Section, I had to go to the Dentists for two extractions! Cost me R1550 just for that! Ouch!!! (and yes it did bloody hurt!) Cheers Big G!
Don't get me onto the medical bills, we are completely overcharged in this country and seem to think that what the Mediclinic group of hospitals charge is normal. Well it is not, it is exorbitant and we are being ripped off no end. Sorry to hear about your teeth extraction, not nice..... but you are not going to get a lot of sympathy....
