Back to the topic...

They do fine with cories, although I have no idea whether they'll be fine with Dwarf cichlids, because I've never kept dwarves before. You'll have to wait for someone else to come along and give their opinion.

 

I think other than the 'Biotope' issue, they would be fine to co-exist. The Glass cats hang out around the middle of the tank, rather than the bottom like the Corys and Dwarfs!!

The only issue is if the Dwarfs breed in which case everythinkg is an issue if it comes within the females area!!

Just two points about glass cats.... They are incredibly shy, and if there are not plenty of plants for them to hide in, will shy away in a corner and possibly die from fear! Also, they are very sensitive to water quality, so can be difficult to acclimatise!! Just like Oto's, once acclimatised, they are pretty hardy as long as there are no sudden fluctuations in water parameters!!

Thanks to SA and Gareth for the info.

 

I've two pairs of Dwarf cichlids.One pair from Africa and one pair from S.America and the Glass Cats do Fine as they prefer middel to upper waters and the cichlids prefer bottom.

Just a note .. my tank is 800mm deep.:idea:
