He's got some amazing species, eventually when it becomes available from more sources price Will come down.The latest Bruce on offer is a massive step up on quality and size. Have to agree still pricey though .... @f-fish , always impressed with your overall knowledge in every aspect of this incredible hobby

Yeah - they are but the hobby is still cheaper than a night on the town

Onion plant seems to be pushing a few new root.

 

The 12 volt LED strings finally failed .. so had some brightstar tubes to play with - added 1 a week or so back, added the second tonight.


Beam angle means I had to go dig for reflectors .. not ideal with LED lights.

been bumping fertz on the tank a bit .. also getting big population explosion - checked TDS 450 ... hmmm time for a WC .. now back down to 240, will probably do another in a few days to gt it below 200.

Found the dark king ... thought I lost it when I redid 36 degrees, clearly I dumped it in the 4ft at some point, so tied it to some wood.



LED tubes doing just fine.



Well everything is green ;-)



Added 5 BN's from the 36 degree batch ...



Lots for them to eat.

That buce look nice.
Java moss look pretty clean.
Which I could get some algea eaters in my tank. Think it's time to get a bigger small tank

 

BN do a great job - this is my first season with them, pleased I got some stock when I did, even better when they breed and self fund the cleaning in the rest of the tanks.
