@Reedfish - gotta agree with Derek, i hobestly think we need a win! We need to get on a run of some good wins, and after checking our schedule, Im hoping now is the time. If we can win 5-6 games on the trot, we can put some space between us and the guys below us. Decembers coming up and thats where Everton and West Brom will start slipping up. We gotta solidify 3rd or 4th by new year, then we can possibly challenge for something. Not much in nine points between us and Man City. . .

 

Btw, I hobestly cant believe Chelsea fired De Matteo! It was expected I suppose, but to replace him woth Benitez!!? Mind boggling!

You are of course right.

What I think about this season so far is that the league is there to be won. No team has really impressed me, not Manure or City. So you right, two weeks ago I was disillusioned with our form, and I stil am, but I do believe (maybe hope) that if we could put together 5 to 6 wins, build confidence and take that into the new year, yeh, we have a chance. Not a good one but its there. On paper the team is much better balanced than previous seasons, its just about putting it right on the pitch where we fall short.

 

True Reed, but Villa's form is not great either so a win shouldn't be too difficult, I'd say 0-2. Even better is Cazorla gets both as he's in my fantasy team!

 

We played almost without a pkan, too slow and no penetration. Draw away is not the end of the worls I guess, but we should be winning these games

Yes. . . Though a point away at Everton could be viewed as a point won, not two lost.

Im still amazed at our team, and not in a good way. Giroud has the first touch and "on the ball" skill of an Elephant, Ramsy gives the ball away too often, puts us under pressure, and we need a damn holding midfielder for crying out load! Whats with Wenger playing players out of posistion the whole time, and then telling us we dnt need to add?

 

U know that arsenal have won only 2 of the 11 games that ramsey has started!!
last night i came to the conclusion that arsenal are at the same level as everton this season. it is sad as. it just annoys me when for eg they have a opportunity to kick the ball into the box or dangerous area from a free kick and all they do is punt it to the side ans do some ineffective slow tika taka. depressing.
