When I bred fish back in the day, I used plastic tubs.
Slightly bigger ones than yours, the ones the cheapo shops sell for storage.
Very convenient that you can have one set up in minutes.

@Reedfish they really are yes, I just wish I could find more see thru ones, would be nice to see what is going on in each tub, especially if they are on top shelf.

another thing the stackable ones are good for is filters, you get those ones that albany bread uses to deliver bread in, I know them cause my dad had a coffee shop, they are closed from the side and the bottoms are kind of like a grill.. they stack really nicely for a wet dry kind of filter, obviously your bottom one will have to be a solid bottom crate.

My humble fish hotel. Rooms are fully furnished and rented out on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Long term rentals prefered. Over crowding in rooms allowed.839cb121d347fb905aed2b20b7f0f029.jpg

Actually it is the hobby that keeps the mental illness at bay.

    Hahaha the ones under ?

There is to less space to have them running there. Also I want to switch to bigger tanks and use the smaller ones only for breeding (the actual thought)
Have bought two new stands that can carry heavier ones. 8 running / 8 spare ones hahahah

    what awesome rooms every one.
love the fish house the most ;). my fiance told me that only one tank is allowed in the house so my 1.8m is sitting in the living room. but like one will catch a fish i planted a seed that i want to build a 2.5/2.5 meter tank, and so took the bait. so that will happen next year hopefully. will load the pics tomorrow of me tanks with the one huge tub outside.

I have a plan as i now have 3 x 1.2m tanks, that i want all on one rack. So will go with rectangular tubing and with supports and with wood underneath each tank. That stand i have will stay the same as it is 2.1 meters long.So i can get a few tanks in there, on two levels. then i will have more space for more tanks. :tt2::thumbup:

Mine... since its basically my study (suppose to be) there can only be 1 wall for tanks, the desk, window and cupboard on the other walls.
