@Pezulu, my entire fishroom is currently running off Sonoff devices and I am virtually adding them weekly to control flow pumps at feeding times etc... super easy to use and setup with stock standard firmware and mobile app. You can however completely reflash them with custom firmware and build your own controller, but for the average fish room setup its not necessary. On average it takes me around 5 minutes to setup one from start to end.[IMG][IMG]

Put a Sonoff Pow R2 on the power strip then you can measure the electricity consumption ...
If you just running them as timers then Sonoff 4CH R2 - 4-Gang is a good single solution.
Sonoff Dual - is great for just two timmers.
I like to run Sonoff TH16 with a AM2301 or DS18B20 sensor - either as timer switch + room temp, humidity or switch switch for heater sensor in the tank.

Looking for stock or other bits SA search engine http://underground.co.za/

I did a bit of research of the Sonoff systems, and I like it.
Now all my money is going to go into automating my house.

I was looking at either adding another Zetlight 1047 to my 4ft tank, or using the existing LED tubes I have.
Adding a Sonoff dual channel to the tank, I can get the lights to go on at different times, as I need them.

At least you have plug in timers.
I have to set up my lights via the app on my smartphone, and once that is done, I have to leave everything.
Every time I want to switch a light on or off, it is already either on or off.
