    Your "Banded Loach" is most likely Botia Kubotai. And at R30 it's a complete steal!

    yep. turns out it is. spots forming in nicely. i dont think they knew what they had. . . too bad i cant find more now... ...sad to say the last of my original gourami died now. the pearl. dunno why. the latter two are well though. i also lost one sailfin orange black male to dropsy. rest are fine. sails coming in nicely

    my polkadot did a -ninjadust- on me, along with some platies, - but the platies i found floating about.
    i think its to blame on the /very cheap/ bloodworms i bought that turned out to be really bad stuff. every time i fed the fish those worms, some died. i think thats how i lost my polkadot.

    anyway, i am going to redo this tank with better substrate and try to do a low/medium light setup with more greenery, less hardscape. i am gonna give the sailfins and the platies to my little bro to do a 2ft. and need to find a home for the leopard danios, for now i'll leave them be though. but the rescape will only occur after i set up my new 4ft

    Sorry for the loss dude, I would cry for days if I lost any more loaches :(
