Envirobro's Paludarium- DIY 3D Background

@Ladysphinx that sounds like a fantastic tank for this type of project! I'm really looking forward to seeing what you come up with Please tag me if you start a build thread and please shout if you need any advice.

 

This was my exact reasoning for setting up my paludarium some time back. A tank that could questionably hold its full volume, but could definitely take a third or half it's volume. Also got the tank for cheap (well, free), so it's a great place to experiment without worrying about messing up.

This thread has kinda made me miss it. It's fun to create an environment that flows between two environments.

Keep up the good work @EnvironmentalBro - this has been one of my favourite DIY backgrounds and setups I've seen so far.

 

@SalmonAfrica What happened to it bud? I also really love the gradient between terrestrial and aquatic zones and I love the waterfall and watching how the moss grows around it. Thanks very much for the kind words, I will certainly try keep up the good work when the opportunity presents itself.

 

Varsity and moving across the country was the end of many setups. Fortunately that chapter is now over and I can settle down back into the hobby (for now). That particular tank was sold off, and my focus right now isn't on good-looking scapes, but one day I'll definitely be trying it again.
