    The friend of mine who is helping, is working on Sat, and may have his own stuff to deal with on Sunday.

    So yesterday arvie, the friend of mine came round.
    We decided that instead of completely stripping the decor and doing whole tank from scratch, we would try to build up the corners to make them look a bit more interesting
    This is the result:

    Am still not 100% convinced.
    I was thinking there should possibly be more open space in the centre of the tank.
    But will give it a while to see if the overall look grows on me
