Breeding shrimp query

Hi all

I'm trying my hand at breeding amano shrimp as an experiment, should it be successful (doubt it but worth a shot), are there any licenses or regulations I'd need to sell offspring to aquarium stores/end consumers? I usually just get store credit over the years but would like to know if there are any hoops I'd have to jump through if I wanted to sell for cash?
