I went down three gorges in Pondoland with my friends Ernst van Jaarsveld and Adam Harrower from Kirstenbosch last year in April, that was fascinating as we discovered all sorts of new plants. Now we want to go down the one big gorge from higher up and see what we can find there, should be fascinating, so river rafting is really fun, I am sure you enjoyed the Breede.

Yes, we should give this meeting in the north some serious thought and I am sure we could have a nice meeting. There are some places just north of Pretoria and I could give a talk somewhere after lunch so that those that want to come from further can attend and then get back home again before dark, and then the hard core locals can meet until later.
