    Thanks. I will not be trying to breed them though. No time. I have two pairs that spawn every couple of weeks.

    Thanks Maria, they are beautiful, but raising and growing out dicus fry is hard work and time consuming.

    It's difficult to get fry unless you have a dedicated breeding setup
    But is nice when they spawn anyway.

    And now one of the Ram pairs have spawned. Real agro for such small fish. Fiercely protective.

    Are the bromeliad's roots in the water?

    And... where did you get your Pathos plant...
    Have been searching for months this side of the world and found one little plant a while back and nothing else anywhere

    Thanks Maria, and no the Bromeliads' roots are not in the water at all.

    As far as the Pathos is concerned I got them from Lifestyle Nursery in Randpark Ridge. They have plenty.
