anybody doing riverene or biotope setups

this is kind of an obsession of mine,trying to create this particular type of theme found this while googlinghttp://www.wetwebmedia.com/fwsubwebindex/aqscabegart.htm,want to try and get it right again.

 

@Oscar If you going biotope, you might need of that orange colored river sand we saw on that gardening show that is now impossible to find.
The show is like, here is a DIY you can do, but you will never find these ingredients.
Anyways, the pics looks great, would be cool to pull it off, best of luck to you

Oh ok,any idea what is that fish behind the polyepterus with just the tail showing,looks mean

 

Looks like a lungfish of sorts. Due to the size of the pelvics, I'd wager it's a Neoceratodus forsteri - Australian lungfish.
