Is it not because all the cr4p has settled or is there a skim at the top?

Well the filter ran all night last night and up until 6pm this afternoon and was still cloudy. After and hour you could see a little difference.

I will open the filter tomorrow and see how it looks. But just move the gravel around and nothing seemed to happen. My guess its all sitting in the filter.

@TankMaster when i redo my 150l i will do the test, should be this weekend or during next week, will keep you posted

Sliders are due for tomorrow, Then just need to add the 4 reflectors and the remaining 2 lights then its planting time.
Rocks and wood will be added later. Pics will following as i go along. My best project yet!!!

Here are some pics....i guess im not gifted with scaping lol

I have received my angles, they are in a quarantine tank until tank is ready. Might be adding a few tetras to speed up the cycling.

Used a total of 29 Potted plants and only 20kg sand. Think i will used the remaining 10 for my 150l

Looking good troyfish ... to make things pop a bit add a background to the outside of the tank ... I like dark blue cellophane or even black.

    Later Ferdie

Thanks Gert, really trying my best with this tank.

@f-fish i havent had time yet but as soon as i do will get it done, wires and tubing at the back makes it less attractive. Thanks for the tip!

maybe add some drift wood? or just a large rock towards the back so it doesnt look so static? but if u like the dutch look, this will work too when it grows in :)

    Hey Kendall,

I agree with Gert on this one... no need to worry about the scape... it looks good. When the plants fill out it will look stunning. A log or two may also just give it that "completed" feel, but may also clutter it if not places correctly.

    I like it!
