Yes... James is amazing.. he does this with his eyes closed and his work is unbelievable

No, it hasn't been centred or levelled yet, it was just easier for more than one person to get to the back this way
Once it has dried off a bit we will centre and level it

He also built @Cesar's 3.6m tanks so we knew what his work is like
He is a perfectionist and will tell you outright if he doesn't agree with something and comes up with suggestions as well

Yes.. I cant wait to move Flash and Polkadot across... I am sure they will be very happy

I could swear Flash was watching from across the room all weekend hahha and Polkadot will be able to glide across the tank playing her naughty stunts

 

@MariaS. This is why i said im going medium. I cannot put my tank next to this one and say it is big. I hope my calcs are right. Over a 1800 litres? I feel sorry for your tiles. Your build has put a different light on internal filters. I like and might try that too.

Seeing the tank against something for perspective makes it even look bigger. That is massive. Looking very good sofar

 

Ooooh...very pretty! I don't think the foundation of my house would handle that weight!

Thanks very much @B@kkies.. appreciate the kind words... I haven't actually worked it out but yes, I think it will be just under 2000l, with the sump the water volume will be over 2000l

Those internal filters are awesome... I have been seeing them in action on @Cesar's big tank for a year and that is just the way to go if you can

You will see that the two filters working together will create a round circulation of water, the intakes are on opposite sides so from the outlet side the water pushes the water to the inlet on other side and so on
Also, the filters take up debris from the bottom to the top as the holes are vertically made so you not just picking up from the bottom like a canister or the top like a sump
