    Im just making sure. Ok sir you've got a deal. Can the tank be removed from the stand or should I organise a bakkie hehe. Still at R1000 right?

    just looked it up. sound fun to try and setup.

    Yip, everything can be removed from the stand. Both the tank and sump sit on polystyrene. You'll still need a bakkie though, all 3 together take up a fair amount of space.

    This isn't going into a bedroom is it?

    I was planning on my bedroom :push:. is it a bit noisy? . Nothing a bit of Diy cant fix

    Noisy enough to keep you awake, just the way that a drilled tank is, even more so with such a small overflow area. Its in the room next door to my bedroom and it sometimes keeps me awake.

    As much as I want to sell it, I don't think its a good idea if you going to be sleeping in the vicinity of this setup

    Lol thanks for letting me know. its fine with me. i might even swop it with my very quiet 500L display tank. or i can always use the sump and pump for my smaller tanks and start breeding and just build and test (been planning for a while) my own canister filter for this tank.
